Opportunity
PATH’s 100% recyclable, BPA-free aluminum bottles are designed and produced in California. With a customizable approach to reusable and recyclable bottled water, PATH needed a seamless solution to manage the entire lifecycle—from creation to distribution.
The challenge was to develop a comprehensive, scalable system on Salesforce to ensure accuracy and visibility of lot-controlled inventory. This included tracking raw materials through to finished goods, coordinating with Co-Packers and 3PL warehouses, managing stock transfers, and processing orders across multiple sales channels.
Solution
Ascent implemented a robust solution to efficiently manage PATH’s multi-channel order entry, spanning multiple eCommerce platforms and commercial sales/contracts.
Their operations run on a streamlined, high-volume order fulfillment system, utilizing dynamic allocations for directed picking to optimize pick-and-pack efficiency.
Ascent ERP enables seamless management of contract manufacturing at scale while supporting multiple warehouses with the capability to transfer products between stock locations.
Additionally, our team built the two-way integration with QuickBooks Online, ensuring accurate tracking of Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) and Goods Invoiced Not Received (GINR). The Ascent Accounting Bridge automates inventory transactions recording within Salesforce and synchronizes financial data with QuickBooks, delivering a fully integrated, end-to-end solution for PATH.
