Flow Water Inc. produces, distributes, markets and sells packaged natural spring water from its exclusive artesian well in Ontario, Canada. Flow is the only Canadian company to package natural spring water in an environmentally friendly Tetra Pak© paper carton.

Opportunity

Flow Water was looking for a single source of truth system on Salesforce for inventory control, procurement, production, orders and fulfillment management. With a handful of Salesforce users initially, Flow wanted to leverage a platform that would grow with their business and integrated with other core applications for ecommerce and accounting.

Solution

Salesforce and Ascent ERP delivered a single source of truth for inventory control while fulfilling missing elements that Flow Water needed. Ascent ERP is a native Salesforce application which made it easy to implement, along with Financial Force Accounting and a customized Shopify ecommerce integration. With the help of Ascent ERP’s back office capabilities, Flow Water was grown from a hot Canadian startup to a publicly traded company on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
