Label Anything Community Plus Setup

Set up Community Plus Users:

• Go to Setup
• Go to Profiles
• Select the Customer Community Plus User

• In Profiles, Click “Apex Class Access”

• Click the Edit button

• Find “Ascent_LB.TemplateController” tick the checkbox, and hit Save

• Next, go to Permission Sets and create a permission set called “Label Anything Community Plus”

• Select Object Settings

• Under Object Settings, Click “Print Jobs”

• Click “Edit”

• Make Sure “Read” and “Create” permissions are on, and click “Save”

• Next, return to Object setting permissions and click “Print Template Assignments”

• Make Sure “Read” and “Create” permissions are on, and click “Save”

• Your last step will be to grant Read and Create Permissions to your community user for every field that they need for the label. Every API Field/Data source on the Label Template must have a corresponding field in Salesforce. If those fields are inaccessible to the end users, the merge will not be initiated.

Your Community User should now be up and running!
