Ascent Inventory Management (IM) 

Ascent Inventory Management is the hub of a many spoke system for an organization striving for a 360 degree view of its operations.  Ascent IM extends the value of Salesforce for purchasing, accounting/finance, sales, and warehouse teams.  For products, Ascent IM extends the Salesforce product object adding fields and functions to assist in tracking inventory and costing data. 

Ascent Order Management (OM)

Ascent Order Management simplifies the complexity of an omni-channel organization’s order lifecycle from inception to delivery.  Ascent OM efficiently tracks the cycle of people, internal fulfillment processes and connected apps to create a better end-to-end customer experience.  Ascent OM extends the Salesforce standard order entry interface and price books to add new fields and functionality to assist in managing orders and costing.

While both Ascent Inventory Management and Ascent Order Management are standalone products, installing them together as the solution Ascent IOM creates added efficiencies towards achieving a 360 degree view of your operations and customers. Ascent IOM creates a seamless user experience for inventory, orders, and returns management, while adding data integrity without requiring painful integrations.
